Synopsis:
Eric Swan is a con artist who has been duping the welfare authorities for years by claiming every type of benefits for the innumerable people he claims live at his address. He is sent scrambling when welfare investigators become suspicious and show up. He is then forced to prove all his boarders are in fact real, This is an hilarious comedy, full of mistaken identities, slamming doors and a con that rapidly spirals out of control.
