Amanda – F 35- 60, Programme Manager – Frumpy, caring downtrodden.
Bryony – F 30-50, CEO of a charitable institution – Dressed smartly, opinionated and condescending.
Jack Manning – M 30-45, Group Facilitator – Confident, Calm, reassured.
Brian – M 40-70, Chairman of the Board – Caring Businessman.
Stella – F 40-60, Amanda’s friend and co-worker, Caring, hardworking long-time employee.
Tamsyn – F 25-35, HR Consultant – Smart, unempathic, businesslike, confident.
Cassie – F 20-30, Financial Controller – Gawky, lacking in confidence, unsure.
Giulia – F 20-35, Publicist – Smart, career driven, loyal to Bryony.

This play is the third in his trilogy about community conferencing, also known as The Jack Manning Trilogy. It focusses on the pressures and contradictions that erupt as workplace values change. Audiences can identify easily with the workplace issues and bullying it depicts. A comedy which is played as a drama throughout.
